stopped working after days
I really liked this hot water dispenser not only did it look good and was easy to operate but was so much more convenient that a heavy kettle, but unfortunately it stopped heating water after only days of use

Cannot be used for TAP water
I bought this to replace my kettle for everyday use. Instructions state to use filtered room temperature water only. Not tap water. It did not say this anywhere on the Amazon specifications.User manual says to contact customer service but no contact details provided.

Didn’t last
Had this little over 6 weeks and it’s started knocking out the electric every time I try to use it and cannot find a wat to contact manufacturer
