Outstanding
The Brimstone books were all a lot of fun. A bit of snark but quickly done since they are hard to put down once begun. I found the characters engaging enough to look for more books to read by Mr. Magnarella.

Third Times a Charm
The concluding volume of the Croft & Wesson trilogy wraps up their partnership in fine fashion, with James finally able to stand on his own and Everson ready to head back and tackle his own challenges, once they overcome one final adversary whos' been terrorizing the local countryside of course.

Croft and James
They are quite a team. All kinds of magic and activity to keep the story busy and not slowing down. Sad that I hit the end of the story.

the third volume of the trilogy is in
Grimstone: ReckoningA Croft and Wesson Adventure #So here it is, the final book in the Croft and Wesson trilogy. Croft was sent in to train Wesson in the ways of Magic, by the powers that be. Pressure is on. In the first two books, there was friction between the two with Wesson not willing to take the training he needed and Croft being a bit put out by the need to babysit a potentially reckless magic user. The first two books led up to a confrontation between them and the need to get the bad guys.I really enjoyed the characterization of both men. I liked their interaction. I liked their different approaches to magic. I liked how they came together to accomplish their tasks. This is a fun storyline. I just hope that Wesson gets his own spinoff series. If you like Magnarella’s work, this whole trilogy is one you should add to your library.

Happy trails
Go out with a Bang! That seemed to be the plan for this trilogy and the author didn't let us down. Scary creatures call for even scarier means to put them down. But our boys can handle things, they work together quite well now. This mentor - mentee relationship has turned into a true partnership.

almost a wild west modern day urban fantasy
I've started the main series but really need to go back and re-read it from the beginning. This wrap up to the Croft and Wesson trilogy hits the mark and is a fun romp through the western town, strange new characters and a learning experience for the duo. Glad to have read it.

Loved It
This is the 3rd and final book in the Croft and Wesson Adventures, and I have to say the best one. It’s fast paced and extremely enjoyable. I didn’t find any part of this book “slow” or “boring”. It’s definitely a page turner. I highly recommend this book and the author Brad Magnarella. All his books are well worth your reading time.
