Ultra Pro - Outlaws of Thunder Junction Alcove Edge Ft. Set Symbol and Gang Silhouette for Magic: The Gathering, Premium Collectible Trading Deck Card Storage Solution Box

I use this for my Thunder Junction commander deck and it works out perfectly. I love that it matches the cards themselves.

I like to have my cards in boxes that make it easy to see what they are on my shelf, and this is a fun addition to my collection. Sturdy and more attractive than basic cardboard or plastic, fits over 100 protected cards, and looks great when paired with all my other card boxes.

It'll hold cards and it's really cheap. I'd recommend this for someone on a budget if this is in your range. It's just a step above the little paper boxes that most commander decks come with these days for MTG.

I obtained this Outlaws of Thunder Junction (OTJ) Deck Box from Ultra Pro to store my quick draw pre-con deck. The deck box features Stella Lee as the artwork, which is the default commander for the quick draw pre-con. Other than that, the deck box is exactly what you'd expect. It's made of plastic and will offer some protection to your cards. it can hold 100+ double sleeved cards and has a single divider inside.Overall, you get these kinds of deck boxes more for the matching artwork than for protection. If you have an OTJ commander deck, then this deck box is a nice way to complete your collection.

This Ultra-pro deck box is the bottom layer in protection for a constructed deck. They put out these license materials to tie in with launches of new sets for Magic. This is no exception, featuring Magic's new Western inspired setting "Outlaws of Thunder Junction".There are generic deck boxes at a lower price point, but if you are a fan of the "Outlaws" set, this might well suit you.

PROSThis is a decent box. The magnets are very strong, so no worries about it popping open and your cards falling out. The printed graphic is nice and vibrant. The box easily holds over 100 double sleeved cards. I was able to fit a full commander deck sleeved with KMC inners and Dragon Shields. Then I was able to fit another 7 single sleeved token without issue.CONSBuild quality leaves a lot to be desired. I've had very similar Alcove boxes from Ultra Pro before, and they were very solid. This one though, has quite a bit of give on the sides. Without much effort I was able to squeeze and move the sides of the box in. It makes me wonder if my cards could potentially get damaged while in this.The outside material is very smooth, so the box is pretty slippery. It slipped out of my hands on a few occasions with just regular handling of the box. The one I received also had some very noticeable imperfections, like a big visible scratch on one side and a weird bulge on the front.OVERALLIf you really like Jace and want something with him printed on it, this is a decent box. If you are not a big Jace fan, Ultra Pro makes other versions of this box that are much better overall.

The deck box is what I've come to expect for these basic plastic boxes. It's budget friendly. Fits over 100 double sleeved cards with room for about a dozen or more tokens and comes with 1 divider. This divider is the art of the Kirri, Talented Sprout commander mythic card.It’s inexpensive and looks pretty good which is great for $6.

As others have said this is not worth the high price at this level of quality. The cardboard shell is covered in a very dark blue material, however that material is not perfectly adhered to the cardboard box. The printing is actually great, but it's the same picture of Jace on both sides. At the price of $30 this is too expensive for the quantity you're getting, especially considering a non-Ultra Pro deck box can be regularly found for a third of the price.
