Very good humidifier cartridges
What it is: 12 pack of standard humidifier cartridges for ResMed AirMini/P10 portable CPAP machine.Why I like it: The OEM cartridges are good for 30 days from when they are opened, then they need replacing. I normally use a very low humidity setting, so these work ok for being a passive humidity extractor element. They fit the assembly as intended, and are a cost-effective alternative to the OEM units. If you’re traveling to drier climates, the plus cartridges are more effective.

Well fitting replacements
These are a perfect substitute for the ones that came with the device, and they fit in place perfectly. They provide the same functionality as the originals and are much more cost effective

Not for hot dry high altitude use
This is definitely not for 80 degree room sleeping conditions. I woke during the night with a dry mouth & throat and nose was plugged. I switched to the "+" version I was also carrying with me and it was better for the conditions. I will try this again when it's not so hot and dry and report back. As this summer is going it will be awhile!

Work great and will be used
The brand name cartridges are cost prohibitive, to the point that I stopped using them. Since you can only get 30 days once the package is opened I never felt I was getting the value from them. Go on a 3 day weekend and waste one cartridge. I like to travel but not enough to actually get more that 2 weeks off a cartridge. These are definitely a reasonable price for the quantity you receive. Used one during a recent trip and noticed it made sleeping easier and didn’t wake up feeling dryer out.

Not as effective as OEM but good for the price if you are traveling in a humid climate
I took these with my on a recent trip and tried out both the standard and plus version of these and compared them with RedMed originals. First of all, the fit was right and they cost about 75% less that ResMed OEM. As for performance, while I believe the ResMed OEM product did a better job, these definitely did work. In Las Vegas where the air is very dry, the PLUS version kept up about the same as the standard ResMed OEM version. The standard version of this was less effective and I had to stop using it until I got to a more humid area. Overall, it’s hard to beat the price but I’m dropping a star since they are not quite as good as OEM.
