Rustic Cast Iron Coat Robe Door Hooks Set of 6

Cute, strong , love the iron materials.

Worked perfect for our coat rack we made. Nice rustic look and the hooks are very sturdy.

The actual hooks are great. However, the screws that came with the hooks are cheap and stripped easily.

Pretty frustrating when you specifically search, and pay extra for rustic hardware and receive something that doesn’t look the least bit rustic. In my case I was trying to match larger rustic coat hooks for a coat stand that I was making for a customer.The fix? First I took these hooks and roughed them up on my bench grinder. Then I sprayed them with a rust colored “textured” paint. Lastly I lightly sprayed them with a “hammered” paint, which also adds some texture. I also sprayed a light coat of the hammered paint on the hardware I was trying to match. So twenty bucks later, I have matching hardware.You can see the difference between the first photo showing these as received, vs the mounted hardware after I had reworked them.Supplier, if you change suppliers to something significantly different, then change the description to match what your customers will actually receive.

I have had these installed outside for two years, for towels for my hot tub. Although I assumed they would be cheap they are true cast iron and haven't rusted at all. Some of the finish has come off and the screws are shiny now but I'm still very happy.Some reviews have said the product has changed to a cheap smooth black hook. If that happens to you report it to Amazon and return it and let the rest of us know too! Thanks.

They are very sturdy and well made. I like the look of them and the texture. They are defiantly matte black no brown what so ever. But i still love them. I had read the reviews before I bought it. So i was expecting them to be black.

Nice rustic heavy cast iron hooks. Screws provided fit and match. The holes are a bit off center and the front of the hook is not completely flat (part of the rustic charm) but makes install a tiny bit trickier. You must screw in somewhat slowly to avoid an angled or twisted hook. Overall just really great simple hooks.

Everything was just perfect.
