Yummy and effective! I mix this with some other supplement powders in the morning, and am drinking lots more water.

I think it’s a high quality product with a lot of effort put into it. Could be a little more economically priced, there is some room for improvement there. But otherwise that’s it, I buy it whenever I need it

I have been on the search for a good mag supplement especially to help with end of day relaxing - this is the best one ever. A serving of this is equivalent to an evening glass of wine -but with more definitive health benefits ;) Only issue I have is they aren't always in stock when I need more. I could not sing its praises more loudly. Ive already recommended it to anyone I know who supplements magnesium.

My Dr highly suggested magnesium. I had been taking another powder brand. This powder while taking with the capsules really seems to aid in my sleep and keep me relaxed through out the day. My stress levels seem way down with work load and juggling personal life. Waking up well rested and ready to take on my day! Thank you

Arrived with the inner seal lifted and a trace amount of product powder on the outside of the container.Unfortunately it is not a returnable item and the container was much smaller than I anticipated for the price I paid. As a result of this, I don’t think this is a good value. I can’t attest to the taste or results since the package arrived opened and therefore unsafe.
