Product is extremely easy to set up and use. Frameo app makes uploading pictures easy. Adjusting pictures with the touch screen frame to make them fit better is easy. Very sharp colorful pictures from my IPhone. No pixilation I can really see even looking close. Video playback feature works great. Will update if frame has any issues, but so far it’s great. Family loves actually being able to see and enjoy photos instead of them being stuck in a phone photo gallery.

Great product for my mom in a nursing home. We can send pictures to it from our phones super easy, set times for it to turn off and on. She and her roommate love it!

After reading reviews for this and others, really glad I purchased this. Works great with wifi sending pictures, stores MANY pics! Haven't bought the sd card yet, but having everything on the frame backed up will be reassuring. Actually very easy to use, well worth the price!UPDATE: got the sd card, appears to back up all the data (hasn't crashed yet to see if it will work to reload my photos). Bought three others as gifts after getting this one! No complaints yet!

Very nice frame and it holds more than I expected

This is my first device like this. It has all the basic functions you would expect. Easy to use app to upload. Videos buffer slightly that is the only real issue.

Very easy to set up and use. We live in NY and our granddaughter lives in Virginia, and she is able to send us pictures directly to our Frameo through the app.

Achtung. Kommt mit falschem d.h. für deutsche Steckdosen nicht geeigneten Netzstecker. Inbetriebnahme war daher nicht möglich. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir den Rahmen verschenken wollten. Musst dann auf die Schnelle Ersatz besorgen. Rückabwicklung läuft noch, gestaltet sich aber umständlich wegen des internationalen Versandes.

Good value but as a purist the angle of view is a little restrictive so strategically position to view. Didn't come with appropriate power plug but did have appropriate voltage transformer. Amazon nor seller warned nor had algorithm to warn or upsell an adapter. Delayed setting up. Somewhat disappointing. ** EDIT: supplier has reached out, apologetic and have since sent out an appropriate adapter. ** The App' is a little clumsy but on the right path. All up good value but expect not the smoothest learning curve. I will buy a second to have a portrait and landscape choice. The frame's software has nice feature where full frame or cropped images. I can recommend based on value.
