This is just what I need for my Bible study. I should have kept all of those magnifying glasses that I cleaned out of my mom and dad's house when they passed away. Who knew I would have old lady eyes in just a few years?!?!? The light is a bonus and I can read the whole page.

It's as advertised but I need to return it for obvious reasons. I don't know why I write these reviews actually. There is nothing in it for me as a consumer...lol...for real ladies and gentlemen.

I bought this for my friend that has MD. Her sight is such she can't read her regular print Bible anymore. She can now enjoy reading using the magnifier. It's easy to use and you can adjust the magnification.

The lights don't work. I can still use it because I need magnifying badly. I looked into returning it and we don't have a place in our town to return it.

Nice size, easy to hold with handle, but the light is too bright.

As I age my vision continues to be problematic. This device was easy to operate, and helped so much. Reading is my guilty pleasure, my favorite is autobiographical and historical fiction. I read about 6 books a week, sometimes more. I was trying to read "The Crucible" but the print was so small I was having a great deal of difficulty. I sent for the magnifier and was able to continue the saga.

I got this for my mom she is 87 and wasn’t able to read her Bible. She loves it and says it has been a blessing for her.
