Absolutely Essential for any Clapton follower, Brilliantly written by Respected Rock Journalist, Chris Welch, full of Great photos, Beautiful hardback book.

This beautifully presented book is a must for all Clapton fans, it is well presented, full of detailed and interesting text and the photos are superb and if like me you are "getting on" a bit, then it's something of a trip down memory lane, but for the "younger viewers" it gives a wonderful insight into the life of someone who has been at the forefront of popular music for decades ..... highly recommended. Innacurately written, poorly researched, reads like it has been dashed out. Sloppy compared to other excellent biographies available. Ultimate? No. Read Marc Roberty instead. x

Bought for my son Stephen who suggested it for Christmas. But as his phone line is bad, it sounded like Clacton etc. So we parceled it with a label showing Clacton (went down like a lead balloon)
