Misspelled words
I bought this for my boss but when I opened it, the message written on the cup had a misspelled word. So disappointed but I gave it a 2 star cause it was a very pretty color.

4ish hours of hot beverage.
I got this as a gift for my wife and she enjoys using it. It looks fantastic. She said that it only kept her coffee hot for 4ish hours. Not terrible, but was expecting longer. She is also left handed, so while drinking from her mug, the playfulness of the text isn't visible to others.
