So this is interesting. People will have different results and those still change over time.For me recovery has accelerated a bit. But as a high level athlete, I recover extremely fast. The worse the damage the faster this thing seems to work. I combine it with Lifewave and NuCalm. If you had surgery or a broken or torn anything, this is solid.I immediately noticed I fall asleep extremely fast. I had seriously bad sleep issues for falling asleep over the past 10 years and this overnight... Cured it.

Works but says in the instructions to wash in normal wash, from what my wife told me. I am concerned just like the sheets in the past on how long they will last. If past experience is a guideline, they may last about a couple of years before the silver wears off and then no longer grounds. I need to find a better solution so I don't' have to keep buying a new sheet every couple of years.

Really enjoying this. The fabric is very soft and stays in place when laid across the bed and tucked in on the sides. Have been sleeping better and my aches are becoming fewer!

After months of using, I have noticed no improvement in my sleep. Also, does not stay in place at yhenottom of bed. Save your money.

Noticed no difference whatsoever, had high Hope's, watched documentary, recommended to friends. Very disappointed.

It gets dirt easily, I'm not sure how to wash it. And it never stays in place

I'm new to earthing and this half sheet has really opened my eyes to the concept. Ever since I put this on my bed the quality of my sleep is through the roof! Before using this earthing sheet I had forgotten what a full nights sleep was! I almost NEVER slept all the way through the night, but I do now! Cannot recommend this awesome half sheet any more, if I had to. Easy to use and it actually WORKS!! Well worth the money!!

After trying many things that failed (l-tryptophan, 5htp, amber colored light bulbs, sun lamp, melatonin, chamomile, valerian, lavender essential oil , blackout curtains, P5P, magnesium, blue light filters, a weighted blanket, light bedtime snack, stable bedtimes all 7 days, turning off electronics at least 1 hr before bedtime, going to bed earlier, and a new mattress) sleeping on this grounding half sheet got me to sleep without using a sleeping pill on the first night! Praise God!!! And I slept the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and all the nights since it arrived on 11/9/18. Placebo? I don't think so. Having insomnia felt like a form of torture, and grounding made it get better. Is my sleep 100% better? No. Closer to 85% better, but I'll take it, and it's only been a week. I expect improvements to continue. I also use a grounding mat at my feet when working on the computer all day.
