I almost never review what I buy but this item deserves it.As some who has a super sweet tooth and zero discipline when it comes to food, I've managed to lose 5lb in my first week taking these only twice a day, not three times as recommended. They have help me to not think so much about food because I'm not filling up on junk. A lot of the time I think it's mind over matter but you're still having to teach yourself to eat less even though you feel bloated and full. I have recommended these to quite a few people already.I am so impressed with how they're helping me change my mindset on binging on sugar and over snacking.

Great item says what it does, keeps you full for longer

Environmentally friendly packaging that allows the post man to ensure it fits through your letter box and not outside your door all day!You need to drink lots of water as recommended to ensure this supplement is effective. It subsided my hunger for around 2 to 3 hours after taking, you need to take it about 30min before a meal to feel the benefit.I've lost an extra 1lb a week taking this supplement. It's easy and I've not had any side effects

This definitely made me feel less full and I didn't eat as much.

The media could not be loaded. Do not bother buying, waste of time and money.The whole point of this product is that when mixed with water in the stomach it turns into a gel which "fills" your stomach making you feel fuller.This is supposed to work in a simple glass of water, but this product does not. You can see from the video that it's still a liquid with a few bits in it. Absolutely pointless. This was done with water warmed to room temperature and left for 40 mins.So save your money and buy from a reputable company.

Good value for money

Really works quite well as an appetite suppressant and it's always good to uptaje your fibre. These are the same as are sold alongside mounjaro. Work quite well together for maximum weight loss but you have to drink a lot of water with them. Expect a bubbly tummy!

The product listing seems to bend over backwards to omit the critical metric but the entire pack delivers only 30g of fibre which is the recommended intake for a single day.Given the manufacturer recommends 6 tablets a day (3g) then 27g of fibre (or 90%) is coming from elsewhere. Why not just eat 10% more of what that other source is? For context you can get that 3g of fibre from a single floret of broccoli.If somehow you must get fibre in capsule form these are easy to swallow but objectively this product is just an expensive way not to solve a problem in a sustainable way.
