I've been using a CPAP machine for about 2 years and it's a pain to use but it works. Because most people feel the same way about their CPAP machine there is a market for easier to use sleep apnea solutions. Unfortunately, this kind of thing is mostly what's available...a cheap item promising easier treatment that doesn't really work. These things are all over the place in different versions. I think the old adage applies here...if it seems like it's too good to be true, it probably is. This one certainly is.

According to the recordings on my phone it does help with snoring and having fewer apnea events.The adhesive patch is very sticky. I use a skin prep wipe on my chin/neck area before I use it otherwise I can only use it every four days or so because the adhesive will rip up your tender neck skin.

I think it has helped. I still snore but my husband says not as bad. I have an appointment to see if I have sleep apnea. I do need to get more replacements for the device.

Do not buy this product. The first one I ordered didn’t charge. The company had me send them a video of it not charging. The replacement unit does not stay in place overnight and easily falls off. The company asked for a video of it not staying in place overnight. Which is impossible to produce.They still haven’t responded to my request for a refund even though the website clearly states money back guarantee.
