I bought this product with a try-it-out mentality and didn't have high expectations. I've been using it for about two or three months, and so far, there haven't been any major problems. It's just that the spherical joint connecting to the phone is a bit loose.

Works great in my car. Very solid. I have had it for a few months and the magnet for my phone case is still working perfectly. Very well made all around. Love the different heights so I can put my drink in the other cup holder next to it. Would definitely recommend and order again.
