Good gravy thickener
I bought this to make home-made onion bhajis, they were terrible – not the fault of the product but the recipe I think. But I'm using this now as a thickener for gravy and it works very well and gives the gravy a good flavour.

Not 100% chickpea flour. It is mixed with yellow split pea!
Dont use this for making Indian Sweets like Ladoo. It has split pea flour mixed which gives a very bitter taste. Infact I would not suggest using this even for anything else because it is not 100% chickpea flour.

Good quality, great for making socca
Purchased to make socca (French chickpea flour pancakes). Similar to other brands I have purchased, mixed well with water and salt to make a good batter and cooked up beautifully!
