Very happy with this product
Really happy with this product. I got it to use while I'm on the treadmill and with a bit of a workaround its been perfect for me. Tiktok and kindle app scrolling works just as described so no complaints on what it promised and no workaround needed. I wanted to use it for reading in my browser too, though, but found that it didn't work well because the scroll went way too far on one click causing you to miss a bunch. I've found that if I cast my phone to my tv, though, it shortens the scroll in my browser significantly and makes things readable. That workaround might not work for everyone, but it does for me, and since it wasn't a promised thing, I'm quite happy with it. I'd highly recommend this product to someone who wants it for what it describes or is ok with trying a workaround that might or might not work for them on other apps.

WANTED: My Wife's Lost TikTok Clicker – Reward Offered for the 4th One!
I’ve bought this little auto-clicker so many times I’m starting to think I should have a subscription plan. My wife loves this thing—when she can find it! You see, this clicker is so good at doing its job that it apparently has ambitions of a higher calling: disappearing. The first one we bought was a game-changer. My wife could scroll TikTok hands-free while doing other productive things, like watching TikTok on a second phone. But within a week—POOF—it vanished like it was part of a TikTok magic trick. I thought, "No big deal, just a fluke." So I ordered another one. This time, it stuck around for a solid two weeks before it decided to join the Bermuda Triangle of household items (right next to our missing socks and that one TV remote).Fast forward to today, and I’m on auto-clicker #4. At this point, I half expect to find them all huddled together somewhere in the house, plotting their next great escape. In conclusion, the product is fantastic. It works perfectly…when it hasn’t Houdini’d itself out of existence. My only real suggestion to the manufacturer? Please start shipping these with an AirTag slot or a GPS tracker. Otherwise, I’ll be writing a review for the 5th one by next month!

It was fantastic... for an hour or so.
At first this was great; it worked just like it said in the description, was super easy to set up the assistive touch, and easily paired with my iPhone. (While it's way too big for my fingers, I just kept it on with another ring in front so it didn't slip off.)But then after an hour or two, the 'single click to scroll up/down' magically changed to 'right/left', (no, I didn't do anything different, it just was one second I would turn pages using a single click, the next second that single click did something else.) and it turned into: double clicking was how it would scroll up or down. Okay, fine, it's weird, I can deal with that. But then it continued to go back and forth, swapping between single and double click to scroll either up, down or right/left. Irritating, but still, I could deal with it.Then it would also randomly change *which* button went up, and which went down. Just one second, the top button would scroll up, and then the next time I pushed it, now it is the 'scroll down button'. So I'd have to flip the ring on my finger, and still, I'm fairly easy going, so I still thought 'That's fine, whatever, it still works, sorta...'But last night when I went to use it, it's completely borked. The 'down' key now shuts my phone off, the up closes the app. (TikTok or Kindle on iPhone). Long pressing starts my PHONE and calls random numbers in my contacts. (When it's 3am, that's not good, lol)Yes, of course I restarted my phone. Yes, of course I also un-paired, forgot the device, and re-paired it multiple times. Nothing worked. It was 100% charged, and no I did not drop it.So, for me, it worked for an hour or so before it glitched. The glitches at first were not horrible to work around, but now all I have a fancy remote to shut off my phone, and play the 'Call a random person for no reason at all' game. (Which, it should *never* be accessing the phone, IMO. Ever.)I'm seriously bummed, because this was one of those gadgets that you don't need, but make your life easier, especially if you read a lot of Kindle books like I do.Now, I will say that there are a few good reviews out there, so it would seem or I would imagine, this is not normal for this item, but it is my experience, so while I rarely write reviews, I thought this deserved one. Your mileage may vary.Update: I am in contact with the company that makes this product, and I will update this review with the final resolution in fairness.

Pretty nice and convenient, great customer service!
Super convenient when reading on the kindle app. Battery life is phenomenal, wish the ring was a tiny bit smaller. Had an issue when the ring stopped working, and the seller was amazing getting back to me and ended up walking me through a set up issue that was causing the ring to malfunction. Fantastic customer service for sure!

In bed reading must
I side sleep and have my ipad set up on the side of the bed and hated reaching my arm out every time I had to turn the page. This is amazing. It has glitches, but I still love it.

Only works 20% of the time
When I first received this, it worked great for about the first hour. Was able to scroll TikTok and the Kindle app on my iPad Air 4. Then it began pausing videos when I pushed the scrolling buttons. I was able to get it to work somewhat after trying various methods such as turning the ring off, disconnect from Bluetooth, adjusting settings in the touch menu. Now it will only sporadically scroll in one direction only. You get what you pay for I guess!

Potential virus or malicious malware!
Unfortunately when I attempted to connect to the device via Bluetooth, the name came up “Virus 2.0” in my Bluetooth selection. Never before seen that… I did see the normal option to connect to the device. However when I tried again in a different location, the same two names came up: “Virus 2.0” and the products name.It sketched me out considering the instructions weren’t in English either and I decided to maintain the integrity of my device and not connect to a Bluetooth device that has a connection name of Virus 2.0.Not making it one star because the normal name did come up…. But I was too uncertain to attempt any connection.
