Sleek, love it, but the packaging SUCKS
Super cool, very sleek, weighty and feels like a nice quality especially for the price. Lots of pluses and overall pleased. Awesome motion commands that work most of the time, though I wish there were more of them. Ignition and blade type presets with every sound effect (press and hold button for 4 flashes in standby mode). That wasn't in the manual so that was a fun discovery. Pretty customizable with a lot of blade types, blade colors, and ignition variations. Some of them I will admit are slightly cheesy/carnival toy-ish, mainly the color variations, but some are super cool. Apparently they did correct the charging port I saw in a review several months ago, you don't have to unscrew screws anymore, just a couple pieces on the handle, not bad. Now for the cons; I was very disappointed in the packaging, zero bubble wrap in the oversized amazon box so it was rattling around in there. The cheap plastic cradle that the saber itself was sitting in was busted, it seems it was too long for the area it sits in, so it broke through the plastic cradle. Simple little top and bottom box, nothin fancy, no bubble wrap, plastic sheets, or any protection besides a thin piece of cellophane wrapped around the blade, so it had some decent scratches and scuffs on the handle that I can hopefully buff out. Could absolutely improve on packaging. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my dude, so I wish the presentation was a bit nicer, I wouldn't mind too much if it was for myself. I think I may have had the impossibly tiny no head screws a little loose on the blade because it wobbled a bit and slightly glitched with movement. I think they should've had 4 screws to hold the blade in place and there's only 2, so maybe 2 more would fix the wobble. The speaker is god awful, I was warned from YouTube reviews, only sounds halfway decent on low volume otherwise you can't understand what it's saying at all. Super bright and smooth LEDs, great price, and I'm excited to see the different customizable pieces they come out with. Overall happy, we'll see how my guy likes it come Christmas, I just wanted to get in a review in case someone was debating it for a gift. I'd say it was worth the buy at $145 for sure.

Defective On Arrival
My saber arrived defective out of the box. But even if it didn't, the quality is beyond abysmal. The audio quality is deep fried and tinny, like it's coming out of a Tamagachi instead of a proper speaker. There's some random Chinese guy who narrates it, which is jarring. The operation is odd and confusing, though I don't know how much of that was just struggling with the faulty board. The soundboard they used is some crappy custom chip that doesn't have an SD card slot, so you can't add or remove any soundfonts, so you're stuck with the low-quality ones it comes with. The blade only ignites at the base when it turns on, and I had to smack it a few times to get the rest of the blade to light up. It then had partial ignition, some of the LEDs not lighting up or dead. Sometimes it would change colors for no reason - I would use the Luke style with a blue blade, and half the blade would just turn red and stay that way, or it would become rainbow colored. A few smacks would turn it back, but it would do this every time. There is smooth swing, but it's barely functional. It sounds awful and doesn't feel satisfying at all. Also the overall design is very un-user friendly, too. You have to remove the top silver accent part to reach the set screws for the blade. You also have to remove the bottom accents to unscrew the hilt and reach the battery and soundboard. The latter isn't as bad because there's a charging port, but the former is a hassle. The blade seems to be low-quality, despite the claims. The universal connector plate at the base wasn't even glued in place or secured, so when I opened the packaging it was hanging off the end of the blade by the wires.Overall, DO NOT buy from this seller. I know it's tempting to get a neopixel lightsaber for a relatively affordable price and quick shipping time, but if the saber you get is a complete rubbish, what's the point?

Totally amazing!
This light saber is a hit with my grandson! I thought it would just make a colored light! Maybe a sound… but no! It does so much more! Totally amazing!

Very cool
I just got this lightsaber yesterday and it's really fun and easy to use, the lightsaber is easy to hold in your hands and easy to do tricks with it if you can handle it, and since it's heavy (only slightly lighter than Anakin's lightsaber from Galaxy's Edge) it's very durable and fun to play with + now my cat has a new box to play with

This is a great product from Good Compant! 5 Star Product 2 Star Delivery!
I actually loved the product but for many reasons had to return it.1) the product that came to me had been opened from someone else, it showed signs of heavy use and there were pry marks and scratches on the handle, and the box had been altered (torn and ripped inside), and was missing screws and the wrapping that protects the blade.2) even though the design is great, it didn't fit my hand (small girl sized hands) and seemed slick to the touch which made it difficult to swing/spin (like learning the OBI/ANI.I have other Sabneo products and they are great. I have no problem recommending their products. This one just didn't suit me.
