Q: Is this truly organic? or just non-gmo?

Its not, they refuse to show the USDA Organic logo, not even Non-GMO...so the short answer, they're hoping people will overlook due to their stellar rep, while tampering with changing mindsets for those, such as myself, who won't compromise in paying a far higher price, I did, not anymore, till they show the proof, like with their Assam tea.

Thank you for your great question! This is a green tea, so it contains approximately 30 mg of caffeine per 12-16 oz. cup. Black tea has approximately 50 mg of caffeine per 12-16 oz. cup. White tea has a similar amount of caffeine as green tea. For comparison, coffee contains around 120-150 mg of caffeine per 12-16 oz. cup.
