I bought this product a year ago and it works pretty good. The camera resolution is very good and the set up was kind of easy, but easier than other companies. I have a business and i have different brand there and it was very difficult to do the set up, specially if you wanna have access on youe phone. With this device, the nvr pick up the cameras real easy and then to do the internet set up was easy and finally the app on the phone was the easiest. Im happy with this purchase. The peoblem is that technical support takes a few hours to answer and i only found the way to contact them was thru facebook messages. But once they answer they are very helpful.To add a camera is the best a d easy and the best part is that only cost me 36 dlls each extra camera

The white cameras in the ad, look nothing like the cameras I received. Mine were black and alot larger. When I received mine, there was something shaking around inside the dvr box. Returned
