I've been using this laptop from last year November. I recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable device for browsing, office work, and streaming.

Esta laptop ha sido una excelente compra para trabajar. Es rápida, tiene un buen rendimiento y cumple perfectamente con tareas de oficina, navegación y reuniones virtuales. A pesar de ser económica, la calidad es muy buena y el sistema funciona sin problemas. La batería dura lo suficiente y el diseño es ligero y práctico. Sin duda, una gran opción para quienes buscan una laptop eficiente sin gastar demasiado.

Other than the price, I simply cannot recommend this computer. Very slow. Very very slow.Unbelievably slow boot times. It seems it's main purpose in life is trying to maintain itself, poorly.Constantly waiting for updates. Also, Wi-Fi connectivity is horrible. At times using speed test by ookla, I cant get close to the speed I can get on all my other devices. But quite often, I either have zero connectivity to the internet, or extremely slow speeds.Getting Windows update to function with the limited Wi-Fi is almost impossible.There is no ethernet port on this pc, so unless you buy an adapter, you are reliant on the absolutely horrible wi-fi.The keyboard is okay. The screen is pretty good, but not very bright.Honestly, if they just strip it of the bloatware that comes from the manufacturer, and microsoft, it might be a mediocre PC at best.

I just have one question... WHY DID YOU GET RID OF THE BACKLIGHT?!I am disappointed that it does not have the backlight for the keyboard. I purchased this because I bought the version from 2020 - 2021 I believe, and it was the BEST laptop I've had. Looking to upgrade, I purchased this one and gave my husband the other one. I love the size and the keyboard layout. The battery life is incredible; I have no complaints there.This is NOT a touch screen computer, but I've seen reviews discussing the lack of touch screen, so I thought I'd mention it in mine as well.

I work remotely and this is more than what I need. Great laptop

Came a day early a plus. I did much research and shopping before I made this purchase. Apparently, a waste of my time. The main feature I wanted was a backlighted keyboard. The Amazon ad states ADDITIONAL FEATURES — ErgoSense backlit chiclet keyboard. I went so far as to contact the seller in a message, and was told it had backlighted keyboard. Others had asked the same questions as shown on the page. Looking for specific info?Is its keyboard backlit?Yes, it has a backlit keyboard. The product description states it has an "ErgoSense backlit chiclet keyboard". To say I'm disappointed is a understatement. What I wanted most and was told it had it did not have. So, after hours of setting up and installing my information and files, I got a laptop that was not what I was told I was getting. I researched and researched many ways to find if it has backlighted keyboard. It runs great, easy to use, but worthless on low light. My advice, don't believe what you read on Amazon or are told by a seller. Guess I should have read more of the reviews closer, as another buyer posted " there is no backlit keyboard. It was the main reason I picked this computer. I am very disappointed." So He's not alone in his feelings. Well as the say " I'll be here with the lights on" so I can use my laptop in low light. I expected more from Amazon.

Easy to use, awesome for price

Avoid if you need to use it for anything more than using social media, basically. Poor performance. Struggled to handle having two browser tabs and a word document at the same time. Was not a great experience for what I was looking for. It is super lightweight though, so it's great if you're constantly on the go.
