I live in a senior community. New apts were built next door. They were not respectful to our private property. They would walk their dogs & refused to pick up their dog's poop. Then they started throwing moldly rotten food out in the area I would feed the outdoor critters. They don't eat that stuff! 😠 I decided to put signs up to stop them. Found out, some of our ignorant residents were doing the same thing. 😠 TG, the sign has stopped all that nonsense! Plus, our Mgmt spoke with the apt owners & Now they aren't allowed on our private property! 😄

These were perfect for what I needed them for - I used them at key points along the way to direct people to my house for a gathering we were having. They come with yard stakes too, so all you have to do is decorate them with what you want to say and stick them in the ground and you're good to go.

I purchased these to place in my yard because our neighbor's dog constantly use our yard for his waste dump! I was able to place vinyl on these and they are holding up well. I would recommend them.

First time purchasing anything like this that wasn’t already printed-on and assembled (garage sale signs.)The boards were cut squarely and evenly-sized. The wire stands slid easily into the corrugated spaces and firmly held the sign boards upright.My ONLY issue is that, although wrapped well (maybe TOO well), the two sign boards on the outsides were crushed-in a bit in spots. I realize that these are meant to be used outside and exposed to the elements, but the indentations made sticking my vinyl lettering on these a bit more difficult. [Not complaining, just explaining.] Would still buy again if/when I should need more.Also, I was able to get two, 7-letter rows of 5”-high, vinyl letters to fit. They stuck to this sign board well and are easily visible from afar.

Its easy to add vinyl sticker and remove it too.

FYI Not true to size in the description. They are advertised at 18 x 12 and the Actual size is 17 3/4 x 11 3/4 . Seem flimsy but still was able to use for my project . Also when they ship these with the stakes they leave imprint on the plastic sign from the h stakes on one side of one board.
