If you’re on a low sugar diet these shakes are for you. Tasty, sweet but not overly so! Works well with fruit as a frozen smoothie or mixed with a little milk to pour over cereal. They are high in protein too!

As your friendly neighborhood vegetarian half marathoner, I drink A LOT of protein, which means I've tried A LOT of different shakes and this one absolutely stands out as being one of, if not the actual best I've ever had. I will say most of the fairlife shakes I've had are significantly better than most traditional brands (muscle milk, premier, etc) and these not only taste better but have a better protein to sugar ratio. They honestly taste like regular flavored milks and are so much less thick tasting than other shakes.The only downsides I can think of are that they are a bit pricier than competitors and are some what harder to find, as in I can't grab an emergency pack at my local Target but I guess that is what amazon subscribe and save is for! They also don't have quite as many flavor options as some shakes (looking at you premier) but i personally have used sugar free syrups and creamers to give myself a little variation or blended them with fruit and ice if I'm really looking for something different.

It’s pricey but delicious and plenty of protein

I use this protein drink for a pick me up or easy to take on the road (doesn't need to be refrigerated) snack. I mix it with salted caramel, so the drink is 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 salted caramel. I do refrigerate once I open it and have discovered it tastes better refrigerated.
