CatriceBlooming Bliss Slim Eyeshadow Palette | 14 Highly-Pigmented Matte, Shimmer, & Metallic Shades | Vegan & Cruelty Free

I use this brand of foundation, primer and setting spray, so decided to try the eye shadow. The colors are nice and it doesn't fade much as the day goes on. I'm 63 and just like a little color on my lids and this palette gives me that in a variety of color combos.

This little eyeshadow palette offers a lot! The shadows are pigmented and nicely blendable, the color story is sweet and several finishes of shadow are offered. The packaging is not bulky at all and it's a pleasure to pull this out for everyday or to pop in my travel bag. Worth more than the price.

I am liking this palette so far. The colors are great, the pigment also great, for the matte and glittery shades. One of the glitter shade broke during shipping, so that's a bummer and I had to remove it since it was making a mess. Other than that, it's a great product and I am not allergic to it. My eyes react to most products, to happy to find nice colors in an affordable palette.

Beautiful colors and blends nicely yet shadow stays put. Doesn’t crease into my wrinkles. Recommend.

I bought this because it looked like there were a few light pinks in it. Colors are interesting, long lasting, and will please most, but I still don't like multiples like this, because I don't need most of the colors.

I do not like this eyeshadow formula and I really did not like any of the colors. They were difficult to work with and did not show up well on the eyelid. I wish I had returned it.

Let’s start with the packaging - it is absolutely adorable!! The compressed cardboard is quite sturdy and has a magnetic closure to keep it all together. It’s been a while since I’ve purchased eye shadow so I was a bit stumped when I realized this doesn’t come with an applicator - apparently the right way to do your eyes these days involves makeup brushes, who knew? (Yes. I am that old. Judge not lest ye be judged - some day some young’un is going to tease you for not “keeping up with the times.” 🤣)I chose this palette for the variety of warm neutrals and the fun mix of matte/shimmer; these shadows offer a lot of flexibility and should transition well from a day at the office to a night on the town.Apparently I need to invest in some eye shadow primer - not sure if that would make a difference, or if it’s because I’m new to the brush game, but I experienced a fair amount of fallout on my cheeks that had to be cleaned up. I no longer wear contacts so I can’t speak to that directly but, given my past history of 40-some years of wearing gas permeable lenses, I suspect these shadows could be an issue.At the end of the day I think this is a beautiful set and, at this price point, would be a great choice for those starting their makeup journey.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!
