A solidly constructed lamp with a frosted globe. Works well.I paired this with a smart lightbulb (Sengled Zigbee Smart Light Bulbs)I wanted a colored light for my 5 year old foster daughter's room to indicate to her what time she was allowed to leave her room in the morning (If the light is red you have to stay in bed and try to go back to sleep, if its yellow, you can get up and play quietly in your room, if its green you are allowed to get up and leave your room.I can set a schedule to change the color and the brightness of the light bulb whenever I want and vary it based on days of the week.Its done wonders to prevent her from coming in and waking us up at 5:30am on Saturday mornings :)

I bought 2, and both were packaged very well.The base is solid and has weight to it. The frost on the glass globes is great and is thick enough that I don't feel it will break easy. The cord length is pretty good too.Highly recommend

This is a great nightstand lamp for the price! Solid metal and nice frosted glass. Similar models were going for $50-80 at major retailers.P.S.- A smart bulb is a must so you can dim these lamps and change the light color. I added Feit smart bulbs to mine, they fit perfectly and haven't had any issues.

Good quality for the price, but there are other options on Amazon that look more adult/more elegant. This seems like the teenager version of those ones haha.The dome doesn’t screw on, the screws are just there to hold it in place. It’s pretty cool with those color changing bulbs, but I think it would look better if the dome wasn’t sitting quite as low in its little post. My cats think it’s pretty cool though

I used a 60w equivalent led bulb. Looks great. This lamp is very classy, has a long cord and a big switch is on the cord, the lamp's globe is frosted and looks nice, like quality, not a cheapie. Turns out my kid is very fond of it as well, said it looks like an old timey NY style streetlight, lol. The black base is slighty glossed and goes well with the frosted globe. Lamp certainly isn't tiny, it's a nice medium size. The only thing I wish was different is the switch location on the cord, i prefer switch to be on the lamp itself but that's a personal preference, very small issue. I was pleasantly impressed and glad i ordered.

I have a color changing bulb and I stuck it in this lamp and it looks so cool. Like a magical mystical crystal ball. I can't stop staring at it
