Cool ass knife - a 2 AM purchase that actually panned out
I bought this knife on a lark, on a whim, and possibly under the influence. It's f'ing cool. Smooth G10 scales, unusual design, sleek pointy lines.Very fidget friendly with a front flipper that doesn't tear the skin off your thumb and a very spidey-flickable blade cutout.Clever touches like recessed screws, one of which is hidden under the pocket clip. 14c28n is a great value. Not too heavy at 3.56oz.Just buy it! I want these Fintiso folks to release another knife.

Nice EDC knife with some minor flaws
Full disclosure: I received this knife through the Amazon Vine program. That being said, I do my best to leave honest reviews of items I've received.PROS: the knife feels very good in my hand. The fit and finish are excellent for the most part. The knife opens and closes smoothly. The belt clip seems sturdy and is firmly attached to the handle. 14C28N steel is of good quality and good edge retention and corrosion resistance, though you usually find this steel in kitchen knives. This knife looks and feels like a more expensive product, but for a couple issues.CONS: the liner lock on this knife has me slightly worried, though I'll admit I've not yet encountered any issues. When locked, I would have thought it would engage more fully. Only about 2/3 of the thickness of the lock (which isn't very thick as in most liner locks) seats against the rear of the swivel point of the blade. Luckily I'm not doing anything overly aggressive with this knife, but they market it as good for camping, hunting, and survival activities, and that lock has me concerned that under heavier use it could disengage while in-use. The other con I see is that the knife isn't very easy to open one-handed, even though it has what looks like a thumb flipper on the rear of the blade. This isn't a huge deal, but nonetheless could be an issue for some. The inlaid zircon decoration is simply unnecessary. I guess the manufacturer had extra zircon laying around they needed to get rid of.Overall, I think this is a good knife for the price and can recommend it for light EDC use, but would advise potential buyers to be cautious of the liner lock.

Awesome weight and feel
I don’t use this for anything too dangerous or demanding: opening boxes, cutting sausage, trimming tips off of caulk tubes, trimming shims. It’s just a really cool looking knife with a great finish - people just want to open and close it, heft it, when I open it up. It fits nicely in my Levi’s pocket. Just get it. You will not regret it.

Beautiful everyday pocket knife.
They went all out of the packaging. The knife came in a hard cloth zippered pouch, with a microfiber cloth, extra handle screws, sticker, and user manual which was nested in a hard flip lid box surrounded by a sleeve. Gift worthy. The handle has multi-color hard plastic or probably a resin mold. It feels good. The belt clip is attached to one side with two screws but those screws seem to go through to the metal frame as I can see the holes. The belt clip is flipped compared to my S&W knife shown in the pictures but I like it. If this knife is on my right hip I grab it right-handed palm facing forward (which is natural to me) where the blade is on my forward side. Then my right thumb is already in place to one hand open the blade. With my S&W I have to one hand it by grabbing it with my palm backward to one hand open it.The blade is nice and sharp out of the box. Slices through paper easily just like knives on TV. I like that they named the steel. It gives it credibility in my mind. If it doesn't hold up then at least I know what it's made of.I won't be hunting or using it as a survivalist outdoor knife. I think that it will be excellent as an everyday utility knife.

Solid knife with a couple of minor design flaws.
This is what I have so far:This knife is a solid 4 stars and with some small adjustments, it could be a solid 5 stars. PROS: This boasts great G-10 scales. It has smooth action and with a few tries, holding the back edge of the blade in my right hand, I could open it one handed. It has very good blade centering, and a very sharp quality steel blade, and decent, but slightly unusual ergonomics. As a female I don’t EDC it in my pocket, but if I did, I would appreciate the point up clip. (NO one wants a knife this sharp opening in their pocket when they sit down!) If you like a knife with VERY sharp, non-wimpy point, this one has it.. Finally, on the girly side, it was the most amazingly packaged knife I have ever seen. I have paid four times as much for knives that weren’t half as beautifully packaged. The shiny black outer box has a push-out inner box that is lined in a velvet textured contoured box which holds a black zippered semi-hard shelled case. The knife fits perfectly in the case with room to keep the quality microfiber polishing cloth and a small ziplock bag with extra screws. There is a decent set of specs on nice paper as well as a brand sticker of the kind that 12 year old boys stick on their bike and grown men like too. Anyone receiving this, as a gift would think it was really expensive, just based on the packaging.CONS, The biggest issue is that the liner lock both looks and feels less substantial than I would expect on a knife like this. (The only thing worse than having it open in your pocket is having it close on your hand while you are using it.) The liner lock may or may not be just fine, but that item is the biggest reason for the reduction in the star rating. The other thing is minor, for what I use it for, but depending on your intended use, you may find that what is represented to be a thumb flipper really isn’t one. What appears to be a flipper on the butt of the knife actually isn’t a thumb flipper. At least I can’t flip it open with my thumb. This is an engineering issue and not due to lack of skill on my part. This is primarily going to require two-handed opening and two-handed closing pocket knife. In sum, if you want a nice gift for someone or you would like a reasonably priced EDC knife that should last a long time, this a great purchase. If you are a knife aficionado, you will find better ones but they will cost you. Overall, I would say it is a good value for the money and I would recommend this purchase.

Great looking knife
This Fintiso knife has a great feel in your hand, the ergonomic design makes using the knife easy. The blade is very sharp and holds that edge well. This has an earthy color, the two tone look is nice. At this price point this is a really nice knife. This comes with a cleaning cloth and a carry case.
