Q: Can you secure the front seat on the frame or does it slide off easily?

Although you may have an easy time sliding off the front seat if needed, it wouldn't slide off on its own. It should remain in its place once securely positioned over the bar.

Q: How do you adjust height of the handle?

This Tandem Double Strollers Handle Cannot be Adjusted. The Double Doll Stroller and the Single Doll Strollers handles can be adjusted with the Buttons on the side of the handle.
