I've had the Hiseeu Dual Lens 3MP PTZ WiFi Security Camera for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for our home security. Living in a somewhat secluded area, having a reliable and versatile security camera is crucial for peace of mind.One of the standout features is the dual lens with 8X digital zoom. I remember a specific incident where this came in handy. Late one night, we heard some strange noises coming from the backyard. Normally, this would have been a nerve-wracking experience, but with the Hiseeu camera, we could easily zoom in and check the area in detail. It turned out to be just a curious raccoon, but knowing we could clearly see and identify what was happening from inside the house was incredibly reassuring.The camera also supports both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, making the connection stable and the setup straightforward. The signal of the camera is very strong. The PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) functionality allows us to cover a large area without needing multiple cameras. Set it up same day as delivery it was very easy to set up but next day the problem started it constantly when of line after an hour you had to reset it up this continued and still does as it's for the nursing home it's important that it works a camera by the entrance is part of our insurance company must we have had a tapo there for many years but now we have gone fibre we had to up grade inside we have iegeek ones no problems this has left up with a problem we can't reorder till we get a refund on return and this could take up to 2 week .this was bought by the friends of the home with very little left in the kitty after having to buy 3 others .and before the maker says reset it up from start it has been done 3 times and still the same problem so we say done buy get iegeek instead update all they say is return it customer service is the worstDo not buy if you have a problem customer service is no good at all again take my advice don't buy

This is a great Camera. I particularly like the dual lens function which allows you to focus on a static area as well as the use of the 2nd PTZ camera lens which then follows and tracks any movement. The top camera is fixed on one area and the bottom tracks movement. The PTZ home function (moves back to a start point) is a bonus. Although it does not mention it in the description, I have added this camera to my existing system, so no Micro SD card required. I have the Hiseeu 4 x 5MP Wireless PTZ Security Camera System with 12" Monitor, 10CH NVR CCTV Camera 3TB HDD and added the dual camera to my monitor display after the firmware upgrade, so it does everything the other cameras do and more. You must however ensure your system has had the Hiseeu firmware upgrade to: 3.6.2.14m, before trying to add it to your existing system. Very bright security lights and good quality sound to warn off intruders or give instructions to delivery drivers.

Camera quality ok, app work fine, app functions could be more flexible...to allow user delete sequence or some part to save memory

To set up is really simple. Any issues then customer services respond immediately. Value for money is great, such a well built camera and the view is fantastic. The motion detector allows me to view the camera when anything moves in the area I have highlighted. I can zoom in to see clearer. The set up is that good I have brought my parents a set up too. Well done Hiseeu for producing a great looking camera which functions really well for an affordable price.

What brilliant value this little device is. Needed a camera to keep watch over an area and this has 2 with one of them able to be operated by your phone giving a huge spread. Good quality pictures as well. Early days but am very pleased so far.

I got this item for use with my Hiseeu screen /harddrive set up . I could not get it to be recognised by the system ,contacted Hiseeu and was told it was not compatable with my particular system Ireturned it and got a full refund
