Great relief for my neuropathy
I bought these shoes a little over a year ago to replace some other Keens I had purchased over a year prior to that. The prior pair were the Flint 2 low steel toe. Another very nice shoe which I will review on its page.I went with Keen because their shoes fit my feet so well. I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which means I have nerve pain in both my feet but I don't have diabetes. If my feet aren't properly supported, by mid afternoon of trudging around, the soles of my feet can feel as if they have been lit on fire.I live on a small homestead farm so we have a few goats, cows, pigs and horses as well as a bunch of dogs to tend to. I have to deal with lots of 50lb bags of feed, putting up fencing, moving hay, walking on rough, sometimes muddy ground. I used to wear 5" rise boots for ankle support but my ankles have strengthened up enough to be able to get by with the low profile shoe which is a little bit cooler in this Texas summer heat. These aren't waterproof but a low shoe that's waterproof is really not offering that much protection so to me it wasn't that big a deal. They seemed to do a decent enough job of keeping my foot dry working in wet and soggy areas.I went with the soft toe in these as opposed to the steel toe. I was having problems of my socks getting destroyed by me unconsciously lifting my toes up against the steel toe. My socks and toes have fared much better with these shoes. The heavy rubber cap has done a very nice job of providing protection while being soft enough not to cause damage to my socks or toes. Because these are substantially built they are a little heavier than other shoes with mesh but still lighter than those with the steel toe.Traction has been good on all types of surfaces. I have a large wooden deck and a couple of ramps on my property that can get quite slick after they get wet. I have not had problems with these slipping out from under me.The laces are fairly good and hold a knot well but the outer sheath on one did wear through at one of the lace loops at around 8 months of nearly daily wear. I would recommend buying a second pair of laces.I have worn these shoes nearly every day and have not babied them in any way. Only thing I've done other than spray off mud from the soles and change broken laces, the uppers and soles have really held up well. They do look well worn but do not have any tears or holes. The insoles have not held up as well. Some of the cloth covering has rubbed off and they have split around the heel cup. This has effected the feel of the shoe enough to where I'm looking to either replace the insole or buy a new pair. I do not fault the manufacture of the shoe at all. Any work shoe that is used hard is going to eventually break down and wear out. Make them any tougher and they won't be comfortable. I highly recommend this shoe. Well worth the cost.

Second Keen purchase
This is the second pair of Keen workshoes I've purchased. I would recommend them to anyone for multiple uses. They fit well they wear well and they just plain last. When these wear out, I'll come back again for another pair. Lord knows we can't afford trucks anymore so it seems there'll be a whole lot more walking in the future, and with my new Keen's I'm set.

Great work shoe
I have been wearing these shoes for a couple years now. Maybe have gone through 6 pairs. I purchase every 6-9 months and rotate out old pairs to household yard work and then cabin yard work shoes. They hold up very well, are nice and roomy. Only complaint would be that the tongue stick up and most pants get caught on them. Not a deal breaker and at 60 I don't really care.My co-worker wears the same ones and he loves them.

Well-made, good tread, tight in the toes
I have worn a size 12M all my adult life, and l have two other pairs of Keen shoes in that size which fit fine- even my preferred orthotics inserted. Therefore, when l ordered a pair of these shoes in 12M for light work and walking, l was expecting they would fit fine. However, they were extremely tight in the toe box- to the point of being painful to wear. I wanted to return them for a size 12.5, but they do not come in that size, so l took a gamble and ordered a size 13 replacement. I am glad l did, because the even 13s are barely roomy enough for me, especially after my feet have swelled up from a long day moving around. So far, l am satisfied with the construction, tread, and protection they give my toes. They are still comfortable at the end of the day.

Keen "5 Starts", whoever gave me a shoe size 12 and a shoe size 11 "1 Star"
First off, I love Keen and they always fit great, but I just got my "new" Keen shoes and it looks like I'll need to cut off my right toes since "someone" sent me two different size shows. Left shoe is a 12 and the right shoe is an 11. This shouldn't happen. Also, why is there sharpy on the label inside the shoe?

Great shoe for about 3 years
I ordered Keen Utility Men's Braddock Low Soft-Toe Work Boot/shoes in June 2017. When I received them, the top of my toes rubbed the inside top of the shoe so I returned them to Amazon and ordered the next size up which fit ok but were much heavier and bulkier. I live in China and walk to/from work which is 1-1/2 miles each way everyday and also on the weekends when I walk for 5-6 hours while sightseeing and shopping. .The shoes worked ok until just recently when I noticed my feet became wet whenever crossing puddles. I checked the shoes and found the soles had split open on the underside of both soles. So it's now time to replace them. I found the shoes comfortable and really liked them until the soles split after 3 years of use. However, I found the larger size heavy and bulky. I'd order these again, but don't want to go through the process of ordering a size too big so my toes don't rub, and also having to wear a shoe 1/2 size larger and bulkier than I normally wear. Honestly, they were great everyday shoes for hiking and walking 7-days a week but they are heavy and bulky. I'm going to order a different shoe this time. Maybe 3 years is about the normal lifespan for a hiking shoe so I really don't have much to complain about. Many thanks to Amazon for their excellent exchange policy that permitted me to return the shoes and get them replaced with a 1/2 larger sized shoe.

Excelente cálidad
Un zapato para trabajar perfecto, definitivamente sigo contento con esta marca, el ancho y el soporte del pie son cómodos. No considero que sea para uso rudo pero si para trabajo común en áreas limpias.
