I use my chair for work. I work from home. The chair is comfortable, good quality no rips or tears. The chair was put together and looked exactly like the picture. Very light weight. Good purchase and quality for your money. Good for sitting long hours. You can adjust the way the chair reclines , how it fits your back , the back massager does work and it’s perfect. The leg rest is even better. I’m very pleased!!

I received this item early then it was supposed to come but there was 2 cuts on each side of the back support. It’s not bad enough to ship back but I know in the future it will get worse. Other than that my wife loves it.Update: the owners contacted us to help fix the problem. Although we denied a refund due to the minor tear, them reaching out to us to fix the problem shows they take great pride in their products. Thank you

Came early that’s always great. Very high quality materials and such a lovely addition to my room. Only real thing that I didn’t like about it was the instructions. Sure it had word’s, but was mostly big pictures with labels for the parts that the actual parts didn’t have. It also didn’t tell me how to add the bunny ears or tail so that was all guessing easy tho. Would recommend this product for people looking for a cute chair it’s super comfy too.

Good product and came in expedited time definitely would recommend for buying.(Also got it for my tiny girlfriend; not made for big people ) hence the 250 pound weight limit
