I love the workout bench. First thing first, very simple to assemble and even fold it back up so that it take the smallest space possible. It can be assembled and disassembled in under 5 minutes. Its looks strong and comfortable and good addition to my home gym.It can be inclined, declined and straight which open up scope for many exercises at home. Its also very light weight and easy to move. It cones with two resistance band, a good addition indeed. Overall a great buy for this price.😃

I was searching for a workout bench for my garage gym and I found this on Amazon. I have two 50 lbs dumbbells with which I do chest presses on this bench and it takes my weight as well as the added weight efficiently, so the strength of the bench is definitely good. This bench also supports doing various other workouts for my back, shoulders, the inclination and declination helps a lot to bring a wide variety of workouts on it. The elastic cords are a bonus and just perfect for pre workout warm up and activating muscle groups. The bench does not take much space in my garage gym, so its just nice to have it. Overall I liked this workout bench pretty much.

I have a small area for my home work outs and really couldn't afford the floor space to have a bench that didn't easily collapse. This folds pretty easily after you pull out three quick release pins, leaving a much more compact item for storage. Assembly is just as easy when I'm ready to work out.This does come with a few cons however. It is defiantly one of the more un-stable benches that I have used. When doing any presses you can defiantly feel it sway a bit from side to side but not enough to feel that it would collapse on it self, though I'm sure if you got wobbly enough with heavier weights you might end up having a bad time. Doing any form of step ups on this bench feels like an extreme no no.Over all I'm pleased with it as it performs as expected.

It's rare that I like a product and don't have many (any) complaints. This is the exception. The box included all of the hardware plus several spares and the tools (wrenches) to assemble this without needing to have anything beforehand.There are two sideways bars to attach using the provided bolts. There are 3 pins to slide in to lock the bends in place. I don't need to stow this away as I have plenty of space, but you could if you wanted to.I use a set of dumbells with it to do chest, arm and center core workouts. There is little to no wobble, same as any other bench at a pro gym. The versatility is awesome and adjustments are quick to make.Now I don't have to drive or make excuses for not working out. Good product.

I like it. The bench is completely assembled out of the box and as a folding, tilting bench it has a lot of moving parts. The color is a grayish wrinkle paint and the cushions are black with colored trim. The bench comes with 4 rubber resistance bands all the same I think. The box is adequate and was received with no damage or complaints and yes I would recommend the bench for beginners like me.

First Impression: I like that this folds small and declines far back. I’m horrible at assembly, but was able to assemble it by reading the manual with the tools provided. It arrived looking used and already had a broken seam.Maybe it’s my floor, but the base doesn’t sit flat (see pics). However when I sit in it, it’s sturdy.Value for the money so far is fine. I don’t expect a gym quality bench for $100. I have new free weights and realized a bench would benefit me. The foam is firmer than I expected or wanted. Again, it’s cheap so I’ll work with it.This looks used. It’s a common thing with Amazon items. I’ve seen the same white bubble mystery substance in another buyer’s post here, so either that’s a ‘feature’ with all or I got a used one. While I’d normally send it back, I cleaned it as best I could and kept it.Overall, if I had space for a gym, I’d buy a higher quality non-folding bench with softer cushioning and a back/leg extension option. I think it’s okay for those with limited space who simply need a basic bench.

Very easy to assemble, though were not easy to read. Came with some dirt on the seat but wiped off quickly.Had to just go with it. Very easy to adjust the seating while working out. Had a couple of moves that I was doing that it seemed to move on me buy it could just been the move. Will be using this as long as it lasts.I like it.
