This pinky out color is very cute. I paired it with the elf cream glide lip liner in the color mauve aside and it goes perfect. It has a cooling effect to it but nothing crazy as other burning plumping products. I do not believe this product plumped my lips much as I already have naturally full lips. I was looking for an actual pink color this reminds me more of a mauve rather than pink but beautiful nonetheless. Smooth, not sticky.

I like the color and the moisturizing feel of this lip color but didn’t find it to be plumping at all. Great price for a great color though.

Love all elf products because they are affordable and works like a charm. I recently purchased two elf’s lip plumping pen in the color’ “Pinky Out” and “Toasted”. Thay’s re both amazing . They are hydrating and glides like a butter. My fave is Pinky Out. These lip plums are better than some of the high end’s lip Plumps in my opinion. This is the picture with Pinky out lip plums ❤️
