Just what I wanted
It's a thin layer for under my sweaters or sweatshirts, and that's what I needed. I don't like think turtleneck tops; this has a thin, nearly mock-neck, and it's very comfortable. I just ordered two more in different colors.

Wear as undershirt or slim-fit T-neck. Clings in a sexy way, but neck is not too tight. Nice color
I have a real problem with turtlenecks that are too tight around the neck, but this one is not. Even though it clings to the arms and torso in a slim-fit but attractive way (can also just be an underlayer or thermal layer, because of that), it doesn't strangle the wearer, and isn't impossible to put on. I mean, I had to take off my glasses, but that's my choice because I hate wrestling with the fabric to get them out of the hole when I forget to take them off. Otherwise, color is a good solid navy, which is what I needed because I was replacing a T-neck that had holes in the joint between shirt and neck, it was so old. Why do you always discover that right when the weather gets cold? Anyway, so i ordered this, and I'm very happy with it. I'm not an outdoor kitty, so i won't wear it hiking or stuff like that, but it does hug the body enough to be either sexy outer wear, or a good thermal covering right next to your skin. Arms are tight, torso is tight, but it isn't really in a bad way. Just form fitting, you know? You won't look like you're a stuffed sausage in it, is what I mean. It looks snug but good. I'm happy to have it so I can toss my old navy turtle. At least an "A" grade item and I'm happy to have it. No loose threads or any indication that it isn't well made. Seamless, so you don't have to worry about the juncture between neck and body. Just be aware if you're bigger that it will fit you like a second skin. If you don't like that, order larger than your normal size if you can.

Snug fitting neck, nice fabric, good stretch
I like this shirt. The fabric has good stretch and is very comfortable. It is a great base layer. The turtleneck is fairly snug compared to some I have, but not tight or uncomfortable. The color is an intense black. Hopefully it will stay that way through repeated washings. I am short (5'1") and my arms are in proportion to my body so sleeves are often too long for me. The sleeves on this (size Large) shirt are perfect for me, so if you like them long and you are taller than I am, this may not be the right shirt for you.

Thin but Warm
This is a perfect shirt for a base layer. It is very thin and slim fitting but it is very warm. The material is ultra soft and very stretchy. Even though it is thin, it is completely opaque. I wore it with a white bra and you could not see it at all. It had a weird smell when I took it out of the package, almost like pickles but I hand washed it and hung it up to dry and it was fine. This is great for any outdoor activity and if you want to peel off layers when you come indoors, the shirt is nice enough to wear on its own. It's nicely made.

Definitely size up!
I am only taking off a star from my review because it's ESSENTIAL that you size up in this super lightweight mock turtleneck. Ideally Liang Rou would adjust the sizing on the whole range to make this top available to a broader range of sizes. The garment itself is *really* nice. It's described as a "baselayer" and "undershirt" in the title, but that makes it sound as if this garment is meant to be covered up, when in reality it is nice enough to "show" all the time if you chose. I picked the black in XL, when normally I would take a medium or at most a Large in a top like this, and I'm glad I did. For that reason, consider going up at least one size, maybe even two, if you don't want the top to be too tight. It is silky smooth, non-sheer (at least in the black) and does make a nice base layer if you want to pop a sweater or vest over top. The mock neck fit well - not too tight or too loose - without adding a bunch of bulky fabric. I will be happy to wear this this fall and winter! Thanks to Vine for letting me try it.

Runs a Little Small, but Color is accurate and It's a Super Comfy Turtleneck
First, I love this color. It's like a rusty berry color: really beautiful and pretty accurately shown in the image as "Dark Rosewood". This is a thin polyester knit, not the thicker knit turtleneck of my childhood. Because it is so thin and light, it is very comfortable.Be aware, I would not recommend buying your normal size. I normally wear a Women's large, but I decided to try an Extra Large for this turtleneck (I hate feeling constricted) and I am SO glad I did. The sleeves wouldn't have fit me in length, otherwise, and it definitely fits me exactly right in this sizing. The knit is light and very stretchy, but do go a size up.

Soft and thin undershirt
This turtleneck is to be worn as a base layer - not as an actual outerwear turtleneck. The fabric is thin, but it is warm. I put it to the test at a cold game outside and it definitely helped keep me warm, although not quite as warm as a true silk base layer would. It is a lower price point than a silk base layer, though, so that is something to keep in mind.

Soft basic layering mock neck shirt
This is a nice, soft and comfortable layering mock / turtle neck longbsleeve shirt. I wouldn't classify this as a thermal product. Just because it is very thin. However, as a layering piece it is goodI have the size small and it fit as expected. The neck is comfortable and just right. I normally dislike turtlenecks that strangle me I can breathe with this one. It's very comfortable and I recommend this for ita value. Well made, no loose threads.
