IT works but I find that it only works for 4-6 hours VS the brand name DM last 8-12 hours. For the price and quantity though... Worth the value!

I travel a great deal and don’t go anywhere without my DM cough medicine! I love the fact these bottles are travel size and so much more reasonable that name-brand DM tussin products. This is both a cough suppressant as well as an expectorant (hence the name DM :-) ). The taste isn’t great, but the sane as brand-name products… the goal is to swallow it quickly! It isn’t an imposing pill to swallow though.This is on my regular reorder list!

I liked saving the $ on the generic Mucinex, but the capsules are not coated and start dissolving as soon as you put them in your mouth. If you don't like the bitter taste, you're better off buying the coated tablets.

This a good product. It does what you expect it to do, thins and loosens phlegm, and quiets the cough. What I don't like is the size and dryness making them hard to swallow. They are scored and can be easily broken in half, but that doesn't make them much easier to swallow.

These work as good or better than the generic, I have mucus problems so I tend to take then several times a day. They work in minutes the regular Musinex doesn’t work as fast! You won’t be disappointed with how these work!
