Now that we've fixed it it works great. But.... We had to disassemble the entire thing and clean out the hose because it was gummed up with what appeared to be rust. Then of course we had to re plumbers tape every section of it and put it back together. Luckily we had the tools to do that but this, most people would have pulled the trigger realized it didn't work and send it back!Overall, seems fairly sturdy but there definitely needs to be some quality control.

Ok.....I hate two word reviews like the other one here but some people just like to get volume out rather than a real meaningful review. So here goes......this was a replacement head for my OEM wand for my Sandia system. These work universally for the most part with all extractors whether heated or not. The one thing that was noticeable up front was the fact the pressure hose was definitely smaller in diameter and had me worried as to pressure capability but no issue to date. This particular wand is about .5" less in width than my OEM one. Not a huge issue. It works just the same as the original one and I do believe what made my original one go bad was not draining the extraction liquid when finished using. This one I will and see how longevity matches up as the OEM one should not have died that quick as I only had it about 2 or so years brand new. Worth the price? Well yes if you need it. I detail cars so it is needed. Pardon any misspelled words but typing quickly on a pad is laborious!

You would think spending 60 dollars on a extractor wand might actually get you a good one. Not in this case! I've used this wand a handful of times and yet, the water just keeps spraying out whether I'm holding the trigger down, or not. Sure, it sprays a decent amount of water out, but it doesn't stop! As a detailer, I need to get all the water out from extraction, and yet I can't do that unless I unhook the coupling from the wand. I wish I would of used this more in the beginning, that way I could of returned it
