I can't say for sure whether this does anything. But it is easy to swallow for me, which is half the battle.

It doesn’t work at all a waste of money I feel like I have been ripped off

I can't really report any miracle results on nerve health like my sciatic nerve pain is gone. Any perceived effect there could be a placebo effect, but the main thing I noticed is the supplement contents are more geared supporting me as an aging male then what I was taking. Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin D are all vitamins I've been recommended to support testosterone production and this has more of all 3 than the OAD multivitamin tablets and I am more likely to believe that is why have I may felt any effects using this the last few weeks.So it seems to be a good quality product for a multivitamin but I can't make any claims on what it can do beyond a multivitamin. But as a capsule it is faster releasing and better absorbing than a less costly tablet, but these will expire much faster once opened than a tablet and they should be stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight to maximized potency of the vitamins.Overall are they a better multivitamin? Yes and no. They offer more of certain beneficial vitamins but are not a complete as other vitamins and they're much more costly. These are $0.55 a capsule vs a $0.13 tablet. They seem better, but at a diminishing return on what you're paying.

Nice fresh capsules that go down easy. A good price for the ingredients. I will see what the long term effects are but I have high hopes.

My doctor advised me to take a daily multivitamin, or supplement my diet with some specific vitamins. This one from FibroMyRelief has a good amount of vitamins, and minerals. I'm sharing the info of the bottle in the pics. It doesn't taste chalky, or mediciny, that's a minor thing I don't like about other supplements. These are worth checking out.
