Q: how would this be for flavoring lemonade or soda?

I think it would be fine. Just don’t over do it. I would try 1/4 tsp, taste, then add more if needed.

Q: If I add this liquid to white cake mix will it taste like blueberry?

I add it to blueberry muffin mix with a cup of frozen blueberries and it works great. Really enhances the blueberry flavor. I use a small eye dropper to add about 4 drops in a batch. I have used this for years and it is a great product.

Q: Is this clear or does it contain food coloring?

It does have color. My husband liked it better than a different brand I bought.
