LC14 Round Stainless Steel Clamp on Single Flue Liner Chimney Cap, 14 Inch

After a Christmas storm in our area, our old cap was damaged. I took a chance and ordered from Amazon since we are expecting rain for the next week. It was a super easy installation and seems very tight. I'll update on durability. Our only gripe was the price but everything is expensive these days.

My chimney is 9.5" so I thought I could just cinch this down a bit. This is really closer to 11" in diameter fully open and 10" when fully tightened. I had to add some shims in order to make it work.

I ordered this for a job I had, a customer wanted me to tile her fireplace and asked if I could replace her flue cap. The existing one was absolutely rusted to pieces, having been exposed to a seaside environment. I ordered this one which fir perfectly over a 12in metal flue. It took me longer to take out of the box than it did to attach the flue cap to the flue, all you do is tighten it down. It looks amazing, the customer was happy, and I'm sure it will last a long, long time being just a few hundred feet from the ocean. Highly recommended for looks, durability and especially ease of use.

It’s a good product but a little pricey for what you get.

My pipe was 5" right on the money. But this didn't close to 5" only 5 1/8" because one of the support weldments was in the way if the clamp. I had to do some bending and twisting to get the clamp twisted out of the way to give it more tightening ability. However as soon as i did that it tightened up. The stainless steel is no joke- great look to!.

Looks great ! Easy to install . Seems to be a good tight fit .

We finally found a product to solve our chimenea smoke problem. Now the smoke is dispersed out the sides instead of straight up and leaving our white pergola dirty. Also, the screen retards the hot sparks from causing a fire.

Attached perfectly to my round chimney liner that attaches to my woodstove. Quality/durable product. Exactly what I was looking for... Not much more money than similar products but much better build. Highly recommend!
