I had a lightly used 4ah battery that I dropped and broke the yellow top part. I only used the new yellow cover on mine and it fits almost like the original. The one caveat is theres a very small gap on most of the corners between the yellow top and the black bottom of the case. Its not that big of a gap and I dont think its a big deal. This likely wouldn't be an issue if I used the new black lower case but I opted to keep the original since it was still usable and had the stickers on it. Fits in my Dewalt tools exactly like an oem battery. I’ll definitely buy another one of these kits when I inevitably drop and break another battery

they say it is for a dewalt but nothing fits, waste of money

I hate when people who don't know what they are doing, buy things, and then leave a bad review. This product DOES fit Dewalt, but you should have some electrical knowlege. I replaced the board on my 2AH dewalt, and used my old case. Batteries are NOT included, but it says that in the ad. There is also a schematic for wiring. Good purchase.
