Be careful! Slowly increase your dosage
I accidentally had too much too soon and had terrible diarrhoea. We use this in our distilled water and I could really notice the taste and texture change to the water at first I didn’t really like it but now I am used to it.

Not usual packaging
I haven’t had any problems, but my recent order I am returning. The bottle is completely different to what I usually order. The bottle & labels are different. The one on the right is what I usually buy, but the new one is labeled different.
