Feels nice and soft but would say its more of a 10.5 rather than 13.5

We received the duvets with excitement but had to send it back immediately and request a refund after seeing the down coming out at the seams and noticing that the down was not evenly dispersed per block. We were told by Littens that that's not leaking! despite seeing this photo. They accused us of using the duvets and therefore they're not going to refund us. They said we must claim from Amazon. Ahmed also hung up the phone on me while I was talking and when I managed to get him on the phone again he claimed that the phone went dead while he was talking. Shocking, just unacceptable. They have zero interest in building their brand and customer service.I understand that some people might have received acceptable service and products from them but they're not an honourable company and I don't recommend that you buy from them. Subsequently, I've also learnt that the jacquard weave that they use does not remain stable over a long period of time. You should be looking for a high thread count cotton material casing.
