Oxford Office Essentials A4 Hardback Casebound Notebook Narrow Ruled with Margin 192 Page, Assorted Colours, 5 Notebooks

I ordered one of these and had no idea of how wide the space between lines are. The books are narrow lined, just like the A5 version of this book.The paper is of good quality and it works really well with fountain pens, which I insist on using. You can soak ink onto the page and it just sits there, until it is dry. No runs, or little lines of ink tracking out like cheap paper does.The only issue I have is that, as the other review mentions, is the spine. I am just brutal with it and force it into place, and I have deducted a star for this.The dark red book's lower outside corner of every page has a perforated part you can tear out.

Whilst the notebook has good quality paper and is pretty much what I wanted, I only received a pack of 5 whilst the picture showed 6 notebooks. Also, the description stated that the notebooks came with repositionable rulers/dividers, but these were missing.Disappointing purchase of what is otherwise a good product.

I have several of the notebooks as shown in the pictures. They have a left hand margin and the top line starts fairly close to the top of the page. The notebooks supplied, although they are also Oxford notebooks, have a left and a right margin, and a sort of header box at the top of each page. The line spacing and paper quality are the same in both cases. They are good notebooks and I shall keep them - they aren't what I was expecting, however - hence 4 stars and not 5.

Colour variation is handy for different topics

Great notebooks. Good quality smooth paper which makes writing on it a joy. I use uniball pens and there is no bleeding. Good value to buy 5 notebooks pack. Will definitely buy again.

I specifically bought these for the narrow ruled lines. Unfortunately they're still much wider than I'd like. It seems that truly narrow ruled notebooks are hard to find in the UK...

Very good quality notebooks. Not sure about the colours but you can always turn the cover over if you don't like them. The paper is of very good quality.
