Great notebooks have bought for decades

I have been using these for years for keeping notes on my natural history observations. I use a fountain pen and the quality of the paper is good enough that the ink does not soak through, as it does with many other types of notebook, so excellent from that point of view and I would have given five stars .... but ... in the latest batch I bought, the binding is too tight, so they are impossible to hold open flat whilst writing in them. The ones I have used in the past opened almost flat, with very little tendency to try and spring shut, but these new ones are very difficult to write in.

Purchased for my partner - who uses these notebooks for detailed records of his railway travels, a serious interest he has had all his life! He particularly likes the longevity of these sturdy notebooks.

Check the size before u purchase. Too small

Easy to set up as diary but loads of other uses.

I'm a train driver and whilst it's not a requirement I keep a log of each day's work. It's helpful if I need to write a report later. I've had one of these in my jacket pocket for around 18 months and it's still intact. Plus nothing really beats writing on quality paper

i bought a few of these from one of them typical computer and stationary stores, an they was much higher priced than this deal, MUCH, these little pads are the nuts, it fits in your jeans pocket perfectly and if like me you like to write out high being knowledge and life changing quotes or information and ways of living and being and then being able to whip it out and read it anywhere, then its spot on for that job or any other you will have to buy some more soon so i know who and where i'll be getting them from, ^^^ this deal and distributor.
