My Bodyprox Breathable Back Brace came yesterday and I put it on immediately. I ordered a Large belt, but I believe this is a Medium belt because it barely went around my 36" waist. It did fasten well and the velro did well also although it's a little scimpy. We'll see how long it lasts. It's more narrow than I would like, but not bad. Wore it out to pick the garden and work around the backyard and it is definitely cooler than any other support belt I have. It was 85 degrees F out and although I sweat, it was not the belts fault.I'm tempted to buy another just to see if this one is actually Large or Medium. Will not be returning this one.

This is super easy to used perfect amount of stretch, and my husband can wear it even when he’s doing yard work in the heat.its breathable so he barely notices it and gives him a great amount of support.

It did not work for our particular problem, but was a good quality.

We have a lot of back braces. My husband has had lower back problems for 40 plus years. Some are too hot for summer. The one he had been using was all stretched out. Tried to find the same one, but no luck there. So this one appeared to be light weight for summer. We were worried the largest came in only XL. My husband is an XXL. 6'4" 275lbs. So it came and he tried it, well it just fit together. Knowing it will stretch over time. He loves the support and it stays together, very strong velcro. He highly recommends it.

I hav ordered other similar items and an XL size n anything I buy is always fine. This item was at least 6 inches shorter than it needed to be to be usable. My wife is a smaller person so I offered it to her and it was also too small for her as well. Product was returned.

I've had many many back braces over the years from multiple injuries to my spine. This brace is beautifully made, provides the support I need, and is inconspicuous. I don't want to take it off. It's lightweight and cool in the hot weather. Love it!

I measured around my stomach at 35". With all the reviews I ordered a large and it fits. The sizes listed are not your pants or stomach measurement. They are the length of this belt! See pic. That is a large and it is 39". I can stretch it to about 46" max but that would barely, and I mean barely, fit a 42" waist because you need overlap! Large would fit a stomach size 33-38". Not belt. Not pants. Stomach, where you'll wear this.So first measure around your stomach. Then find that size then order one size bigger!I got this to wear when I run and will update after doing that.Update: Tried wearing this during a run and it didn't work for me. If it's tight enough to give my back any support (and this brace is pretty minimal in support as back braces go) it's too much pressure on my stomach and makes me nauseous.I could handle the lower level of support if I could wear it while running. But without that use, it's just a not very supportive, slightly cooler brace. Very bummed about this.

My backs been playing up after over doing it in the garden so ordered this support and it has helped ease it a lot . Good price but not so cool to wear and does the job . Easy to get on and off pleased with it I do like the bobbly bits on the back which sit nicely in the hollow of my back to support it . Gives me a nice waist too .
