Great item
This item worked perfectly. I cared for my sister and when she needed me I could hear the call throughout our home. A really good item if you’re a caregiver.

Perfect for our needs
Exactly what we needed, works perfectly, easy set up. Receiving alerts via cellphone is a life saver. We placed the extra buttons all around our home as extra protection. Very pleased.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!
I previously had a Honeywell wireless doorbell for my elderly dad, I purchased an extra transmitter, one for my dad's bedroom and the other outside my bedroom door and I would carry the bulky receiver around with me. With this WiFi Smart Pager system, I just need my phone. I opted for the 6-Transmitter set and he keeps one on his walker and I also placed the rest around the house at waist level in case he falls he can crawl or reach them. There is a receiver that MUST remain connected to a USB port, I plugged mine into my Router which has a USB port on the back. The receiver does NOT run on batteries. Whenever he needs me or wants a meal he pushes one of the round transmitters and the receiver flashes and plays a loud tune (adjustable) and I also connected my iPhone using 2.4GHz (only) so I get an alert on my phone also since I always have my phone with me this is a lifesaver! I have been using this set for about 10-days and have had no issues. Each transmitter (button) has a lanyard attached and can be customized in the app with its own alert tone and can be renamed. The app keeps a log of what button is pushed and the date & time. You can adjust the alarm sound, volume, duration and if desired delay, all via the app. It said you need to connect the transmitters to the receiver however they were all paired with the receiver when I opened the package...my only problem was the initial setup with the 2.4GHz network and having it "discover" the device...but it did and works exceptionally...set up took about 7-minutes. Each transmitter has a number associated with it, so I peeled the sticker off the bag each came in and put it on the back of the transmitter. But you can just push the button and it will show up (by number) on the receiver.

It still does not work even after I paid extra for a "subscription"
It's a simple device, with a button pushed, the base sounds alarm and a phone app reacts. A $15 "subscription" is required for the phone notification to work. So I paid for it. Now if I have the app open I can see the alerts. If I do not unlock the phone and get the app open and waiting, I got nothing. I tried on both Galaxy and iPhone. What a joke.

This works
I purchased this so my 94 year old mother can let me know when she needs me. It works fine and was easy to set up. My only issue is I wish I could order a couple extra buttons separately from the receiver since she often doesn't keep them with her. If we had more, I could locate them in rooms where she's liable to need them.
