This product was pretty easy to assemble like 1-2 then you’re done. The two stands snapped right in. Great product for working out. But you guys I am 5 feet and 3 inches tall so I can use this in my kitchen as well to stand on to reach something In my cabinets if it’s too high up once again wonderful product, peace and love, Syvella

Its smaller than I thought but it still works for me. The full height is perfect and its very sturdy. To get the extension on was a little tough but I attached as best as I could and then stepped on it and it finally locked into place.

I was weighing 252 when I bought it. It held my weight. I had 2 problems with it. It slid on me when I side stepped. But since then it's been sturdy. The problem is that the height extenders fall when I pick it up. Overall, I'm satisfied with what I paid for it!

I like the height, grip and sturdiness of this product.

Yes4All Aerobic Exercise Workout Step PlatformI was excited to receive this item today and immediately tried it out. My physical therapist recommended I get one so I could do some of my leg and hip strengthening exercises at home. This one is as good as the ones my hospital PT department uses and looks the same too. After I ordered this one I actually gave theirs a close inspection so I could compare.A couple reviews mentioned construction and doubted the ability to hold up to the weight limits of 300 lbs. in the description. Now I am only around 210 pounds but it felt very solid when the base lifters were placed under it. I took a photo of the underside to show the quality of the injection molded base and found it to be quite well done. It's also light enough for most anyone to handle.The top surface is non-slip and wide enough across for my size 14 feet!It wasn't very well packaged and the box wasn't in the best shape but after a close inspection I found no scratches, dents or breaks.All in all I'm very happy with this step platform and look forward to using it every day prior to my hip surgery and afterwards when it is recommended.

I use this to get up on my Bellicon rebounder, which is about 12 inches off the floor. I am not tall, so I needed something for just a bit more height to easily get on and off the rebounder. It's perfect! Great stability and well made. Would definitely recommend for older people who need it for height reasons.

This product was the exact size I wanted. Without the "legs" on it, it is very sturdy. However, the legs do not click into place as they should therefore the legs are constantly falling off. This makes it difficult to move and not safe to use when the legs are on aka at its tallest point.

As they say "looks can be deceiving". Definitely the case with this step. I was very impressed when I first opened it up, it felt solid, and was an awesome size. Having recently had a spinal fusion surgery - amongst other operations and procedures, I was purchasing this to assist me with rehabilitation and recovery. I decided to do a small workout using this step and discovered it has a dangerous manufacturing fault (or is just generally poor quality). As can be seen in the pictures above, particularly the one with the ruler across it showing the problem area. The steps top layer has a defect and dramatically sinks when any weight is put on it. This was not immediately noticeable until, of course, my foot landed on it and got caught in it! Basically tripping me. Upon further inspection it sinks on the edges of both sides. Now, as can be seen in the image with the ruler across, it has began developing a permanent "depression". Over time this will continue to get worse and worse and if you decided to continue using it then it would be best to "exercise" extreme caution on where your foot placement is. Unfortunately for me, I have permanent nerve damage from the spinal issues and now due to my foot catching on the sunken part of this product this has now aggravated it. It took 3 hours, being transferred from department to department and multiple Amazon representatives avoiding questions or saying they didn't know this or that. They required me to answer all their questions and requested further evidence of the fault in order to decide whether to remove the product from sale to cover themselves from any further issues. Again, unfortunately, there already is an issue...me. Not only did I waste 3 hours of my time due to their customer service (or lack of), but I had to participate in THEIR internal investigation, wait 24 hours to speak to someone in a position to talk about situations like this, no longer have a suitable product to use, and to top it off their product has aggravated an injury I have spent nearly a year trying to recover from.Finally the relevant department contacts me and offers minimal further assistance. Man, Amazon's customer service and experience is just seriously lacking sometimes. Looks like this will need to be taken further.
