It is good quality paprika, and a lot of it for the price. I use it in all my sautees and stews. Nice and sweet.

This is my favorite mushroom boullion powder by far and you can't be the price compared to others I've purchased. It takes great as a broth, reminds me of Japanese steakhouse clear soup if you put a few very thin slices of onion in it, yummy. Plus I put it in so much of my cooking now. You will definitely love it.

I loved this Umami powder since I popped the seal on the RESEALABLE for freshness bag of which it came in. The aroma is so pleasing. The appearance is that similar to a refrigerator yeast packet type material. I have never purchased this item. I used it in soup as my first use. Once added to the pot and it began to simmer I had noticed a pleasant mushroom fragrance began to erupt form the soup base. Upon tasting the soup it was obviously well flavored and I had no whole mushrooms in my pot. The flavor was all the Umami Shiitake mushroom seasonings, a job well done. I have purchased 2 bags and given one to a family member who agrees it is AWESOME and will be used in a variety of ways.

I found a recipe for hamburgers that called for shiitake mushroom seasoning and since then I’ve added it to most of my meals. Great value for the price and tastes so so good!

Not sure if it is less than 20 ppm (parts per million) which would be safe however, not all wheat starch is free of wheat. The product is also not a powder but granules. It does however taste good and salty which is what

I bought this to replace salt as a flavor enhancer for a lower sodium diet the sodium content is a lot lower like 177mg for 1/2 tsp. Salt is like 960 for the same amount it has a pleasant taste to it. I would buy it again Thanks

Too much added salt, it overwhelms the mushroom taste. Will NOT buy again.

3 stars because this is not powder, would rate higher if accurately described as it does add flavor to everything I've used it on. Consistency is suitable for cooking but not for top seasoning.
