Small footprint, seems accurate
Things I like: It’s a little smaller than another unit we’ve used. It can be powered with the included USB cable or batteries (4 AAA). It is capable of storing readings for 2 different users.Things I’m not crazy about: While it appears to store memory of user readings whether it has batteries in it or not, it does not store date and time info without batteries. So, if you choose to not keep batteries in it at all times, you will have to go through the setup process for date and time before using it each time. This is a little bit of a hassle and the way the buttons are labeled don’t make this necessarily intuitive, once you learn it, it can be done fairly quickly. The rough velcro portion is much larger than it needs to be, so there is a lot more to rip off when adjusting or when you’re finished, as well as a larger surface to be careful not to snag on your clothing. I’ve attached photos to try to explain what I mean. Finally, although I like the smaller footprint of this model over the other we’ve used, I wish the unit had a greater tilt to give it an easier reading angle when seated and not looking straight down on it.It looks like my dislikes outweigh my likes, but they really are mostly points of personal preference, and do not have an issue with the quality of the unit or accuracy. I’ve taken my blood pressure with this unit, then other unit at the same sitting and they were very close, and both were close to my typical reading at the doctor’s office, so I would say it is accurate. I think it would be surprising to find identical readings from 2 units. The idea is to know if you are within a good range or if there is a problem. This one does have a light that shows green, yellow, or red depending on your reading and health organization standards.I’ve settled on 4 stars for this rating. It is a good price (only about $20 at the time of this review) for an easy, accurate way to keep track of blood pressure, and store history for 2 users.

Easy to use
Works great to keep track of my blood pressure. Very compact and fits in a small drawer on a side table to stay out of the way. Not complicated or confusing which I really appreciate these days.

Consistent, seemingly accurate readings for about $20. I wished the display was a bit brighter.
ROTOPATA Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor with Adjustable Cuff (Model U87E)4 ½ stars rounded up to 5. For about $20 this is an excellent monitor that I found easy to use. The unit is smaller and lightweight, and I found the setup instructions easy to understand even though they weren’t written by a native English speaker.Pros:- 4 AAA batteries OR the provided Type C / USB cable may be used; it’s good to have options. I used batteries. Once the batteries were in the unit’s light lit green, so I knew it was working.- The cuff arrived looped/prepared so that step in the instructions was done.- Only two buttons are needed (SET / MEM) to choose user 1 or 2 and to set the year, month, date, and time. I found it intuitive, and the buttons are large and easy to press.- If the batteries are kept in all settings are saved.- The only other button (also large) is START / STOP.- I purposely placed the cuff incorrectly and the machine gave the correct error code at the end (E-1). The five possible error codes are explained in the manual.- The readings I’ve done have been consistent. The readings from this machine are slightly lower than our other monitor; this one is closest to my usual doctor’s office readings.- The final display numbers are large and the green / orange / red light is a helpful, quick indicator.-Pressing the MEM button once, while the unit is powered off, will display the average of the last three readings. Press it again to cycle through individual readings, starting with the most recent.Cons:- Batteries aren’t provided and neither is a USB Adapter, just the cable.- The time format is 24-hour / military, which may be difficult for some.- The “fitting the cuff” images in the manual are tiny line drawings; they might be unclear to new users.- I found the display on the dark side and wished it was better lit.- The box can work for storage but it’s a tight fit to repack.Made in China.

can't be usb powerd
I genuinely dont know why this thing has a usb c port. I plugged it into a 5v - 20v power brick and got nothing. With that said it does seem pretty comparable to other blood pressure monitors, and it's definitely much lighter than what I expected even with 4 AA batteries.
