I have been using this since I received it (3 weeks ago) and it's met my expectations and more. My main purpose was to help alleviate swelling from knee surgery however it's so beneficial for blood flow. The packaging was very simple and I wish it came with a storage bag to keep everything together. It's very easy to charge, the electrodes are very easy to position and the adjustable speed is great. It feels a little odd at the beginning but you'll adjust to it quickly. I've only used the electrodes on my legs but think it'll be helpful for my lower back sprain. The mat is sturdy, not cushiony soft yet comfortable to stand on if you'd like though sitting is just fine. The remote makes it very easy to play around with all the modes to find what's best for you.

Purchased for my son for his birthday. He brought it to a get together with other family members. It appears to work well and every at least got a "kick" out of it :-)

The stimulator helps with restless leg. I use it almost daily, and I don't have restless legs in the evening.

So I work a tough exhausting job and I’ve been wanting a massage to go to the spa but couldn’t afford. So, I went researching for an affordable massager. I’m so glad I found this because I usually feel stiff after work and this massager loosens my muscles through my whole body and relaxes my feet. Sometimes I rush home to just relax with this and it keeps me calm and centered. It may hav an unusual different kind of massager but trust me it works!

The first time l used it ,it worked just just a little, so the next day l charged it up good and went to use it and it would light up but never would do anything.I’m sure disappointed l had heard such good things how they can help your circulation and etc. I don’t know why it it won’t work, because it charged up good.what can l do? I like the different settings available. Having a remote is convenient. Its also very accessible.

So far what I have experienced that mat feels good! I’m waiting to see if I get the results I am hoping for! It is great relief on them long nursing days I will say
