These are a nice set of spoons and worked perfectly for starting baby led weaning with our youngest daughter. She started using them around 6 months old. They're perfect for her small hands. Even though she only gets a small amount of food actually into her mouth, the practice is great and she's getting used to feeding herself. These are easy to clean and work great.

My daughter is now 18 months so the spoons seem a little too small for her but she actually enjoys them and it makes it easier for her to pick up her food. I wish the scoop to the spoon was a little deeper as is rather flat but I suppose for little hands just learning it’s and ideal scoop. I think these would be great training spoons for 6-12 month olds and suppose I started a little late.

Consider what you want in a baby spoon:1. Soft enough so it won't hurt putting it in the baby's mouth, even if they move, or shake their head, or something.2. Small enough tip so you can grab just a little bit of something of the baby food so they don't get too much at once.3. Handles the baby can hold easily.4. Easy to clean5. Cheap enough so you can buy many of them. They get dropped on the floor, so you want a few before you have to wash & sanitize.Well, guess what? These have all of those qualities. They are also pretty sturdy when put in the silverware caddy in the dishwasher, though I guess it depends on your dishwasher.

These are easy to clean and easy for my son to handle. He throws these around and they survive every time.

If you're doing baby-led weaning with your baby, these spoons are great. They are the same but cheaper than the EZPZ ones. It's a great starter spoon - soft and easy for baby to hold. Love the two pack so you can do the spoon rotation if you need to help baby - get a scoop, hand to baby, get another scoop ready on second spoon, swap full spoon with empty spoon, and repeat. :)

A perfect little spoon, weighted oversized handle makes it easier for baby to hold. Sensory bumps to help stimulate baby when learning how to feed themselves, the scoop part is soft and pliable when it needs to be, but sturdy enough to hold a bite of food. It's not to big to be handled by a weaning baby, but it's not awkwardly small for adult hands either. A well designed thoughtful product.

This was my daughter's first spoon and the silicone is soft so it's okay for her to bite on it. The spoon has a good handle size for her to grasp and is long enough to get the idea of dipping into foods but not awkward to use.
