I have used these for years
I buy a new one about every 4 to 5 years. They are great, so easy to read. I think there's an app but it's so hard to read, strongly recommend this book

wonderful resource for those who travel the interstate system
We are RV travelers. We have been using the Next Exit for many years. It lists everything available at each interstate exit. The information in this book has helped us out of more than one scrape in our travels - where to find the nearest tire dealer, the nearest RV service center, where to find the nearest campground, etc. Every three years we get the newest version so we can keep up to date.

Helps plan ahead.
Sit down the night before and plan where you'd like to stop for lunch or which exit has your favorite motel/restaurant combination. Well organized by highways. Easy to use, especially if you're not into using your phone all the time.

If you only drive on the interstates
If you dont take secondary roads much, just the interstates and plan a long trip, its worth it. For us, we as soon drove back roads as on interstates so it didnt get used a lot. What we did use, it was helpful, but we did find a few errors. Ill pass it along to a friend.

Really helpful on road trips!
We just returned from a 10-day road trip over a few thousand miles, and this book was worth its weight in gold! We used it religiously to find restaurants, rest-stops, etc., off of main interstates, and it did not fail to deliver. It was super helpful in planning exactly what exits to get off on. If you love road trips, just get it. I am so glad I did!

Takes the guess work out of planning ahead
We have been using these books for 20+ years. We buy the current one once every 2-3 years. It helps to take the guess work and anxiety out of where to stop for gas and get a bite to eat. It lists gas stations along with places to eat for every exit. I usually subtract 50 miles from the range in the car. For example, if the car says I can go 150 miles on the current tank, we look at the book for stops in the next 100 miles. If we're at mile marker 200, we know to stop around exit 100 (or 300 depending which way traveling).

Great book for travelling.
We always have this book with us when we travel the states. I had a 2018 version that we used for years and this year we notice a few gas station that were new. So we decide to get the latest addition. When we are pulling the RV we need to know that where we get off can accommodate our unit.

Being able to find what is available at each exit
Like the fact exits are telling you what is there, and on which side of the orad, or how close to the freeway.
